Splint bone fracture (F0035, 20 Apr 2020)

Seventeenth years old icelandic horse, found severe lame in the left front with a wound lateral at the cannon bone. Therapy with antibiotics and the then horse was referred to the clinic after x-ray the next day.
Diagnosis: Open comminuted fracture of the lateral splint bone.
