Carpus (B0039, 30 Jun 2020)

Three years old thoroughbred stallion used for flat racing. Lame left front 2/5 in May, blocked out to carpal joint. Horse was getting worse in the next few weeks, injection therapy of the carpus without any success. EqueTom tomosynthesis study was performed in June.
Diagnosis: Fracture of the accessory carpal bone.
