Enthesopathy, mineralization of the distal sesamoid ligament.

Description: On the DTS images of the fetlock in LM, PD and DLPMO projections, periosteal reaction with the formation of an enthesophyte on the lateroplantar part of the first phalanx in the area of attachment of the distal sesamoid ligament is observed. Also, there is calcificate distal to the lateral proximal sesamoid bone present.
