Pastern: P1-Fx (C0036, 10 May 2020)

Ten years warmblood gelding (very tall horse!). Owners found horse on pasture severe lame left front. X-rays performed by referring vet at stable: helical fracture of P1 with suspicion multiple fracture lines. The limb was put into a cast and referred to clinic for surgery.
